I also really like the verse before that, which says, "Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him." - Leviticus 19:17
If you truly love your neighbor, you won't let him live in sin. You will WARN him of the dangers of eternal hell fire, show him he is guilty by God's law, and teach him the way to eternal life - through repentance (turning from sin) and trusting the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation!
